Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. You get 1 service, 1 team member, and 30 bookings per month. No catch.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade to Pro whenever you need more features. Downgrade back to Free anytime. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees.
Does Booklink charge per booking?
No. Booklink charges zero commission on bookings. The only cost is the flat monthly Pro fee of R79/month if you choose to upgrade. Payment gateway fees (Yoco, Paystack, PayFast) are charged by those providers, not by Booklink.
What payment methods does Booklink accept?
Your Pro subscription is billed monthly. Your customers can pay for bookings via Yoco, Paystack, or PayFast - whichever gateway you connect.
